what can I do when headlights and radio n air system goes out while driving down

All Power related items in car will not work. thought it was in the ignition switch. Changed it and it did no good.Took into Chrystel garage and they diagnosed it in wiring electrical system. Well Not sure what to do from here. No answers on how to fix or go from here.wondering if it is the recall area that has already been done 1 other time
