I put 4 starters in my vehicle and it still want start

Battery cables and connections need to be good. You need to test if the starter gets the 12volt start input/signal when the key is turned to the start positions.

check the ground from battery to the frame and under the air filter ours did the same when changed two starters and the ground from battery to frame clip was wore out the wires broke had ne ground and that was it if it touchim at time you test it wont do any good but if you had that many in it try lookin at ground wires
