The hood will have to be opened by releasing the latch mechanically .. Visit local auto repair facility so a qualified mechanic can open the hood without damaging the vehicle .. This will be necessary to determine exactly what needs to be repaired or replaced.

IF vehicle is not drivable - engine will not start etc - towing to repair shop or calling mobile mechanic may be required.
