how much would it cost to repair or replace rear bumper?

No damage to my car which I wouldn't worry about anyway. All he had was a joke from my bolt on my license plate

idk?you are one of the lucky ones.have seen folks get hit in the rear or side going less than 10 mph.they fall out of the vehicle,can't move,back and neck hurting,go to the Chiropractor 3 times a week,and end up getting a fat check!good luck with it.
