there is no motor function at all

Could be a few different problems. I would recommend having it diagnosed by a reputable certified technician. blown fuse,check owners manual for location of blower motor fuse.or look on fuse box cover(s)for location of fuse.
I another thread somebody said he found leaves and stems blocking the fan motor. I decided this was the place to start. When I took the covers off a pile of leaves fell out. Pulled the motor out and there was more including a dome shaped piece of plastic. cleared everything out plugged it in and it worked!!! Was not too difficult to do all that. 1 hour tops!!
