What is your question?
The tie rods and controller arms were replaced on the front end recently as well as motor mounts and bushings. Makes a lot of rattling and thumping noise, and has excessive inner tire wear on the front end, both sides. Drives straight.

I assume you had a wheel alignment after that work was done....also best have a good shop take a road test for you so they can advise the cause of the noises.
IF an alignment was done , you should be able to get a print-out showing the measurements , before and after adjustment. IF it's camber wear as suggested , then the camber measurement should show out-of-spec .Has it had any major collision work that is known about?..............At any of the shops you went to , did you test drive it WITH a technician? Do you get a lot of feedback through the steering wheel , at any particular speed or load condition?
No collisions that I know about. I rode with one tech, who was a little unsure of what it was. They tightened down the control arms which were replaced and that took care of the loud thunks, but the tire wear and a lot of low speed noises remain, like driving over a cattle crossing, just not quite as extreme. there is no play or vibration in the steering wheel. The noises happen more at low speeds in parking lots and on uneven pavement.
My next suggestion might sound a little crazy..........Do some research-google-facebook , whatever it takes , and bring it to the most reputable Chrysler/dodge dealer you can find and see what they can determine. IF they can diagnose it (allow 1 hour labor time) , AND guarantee their diag & repair. You need to let them do the repair , and if the problem is still present after their suggested repair(from your paid diagnosis) , then they either keep at it for free or adjust your bill accordingly. KEEP in mind , the more they know about what's been done , by who , when and where , is very important!! NO INFORMATION IS TO TRIVIAL! Have your print-outs from the previous alignment(s) etc. with you ...just a suggestion. Good luck.
Yes, alignment is good. I've had three shops take a look, and they are all a bit puzzled, and no one can give me a good answer. One suggested to replace struts, so that's what I'm trying to get some advice on.
Could be but....costly guess.... unless they are seeing something in alignment that be out of spec. Struts and upper plates can wear and cause noise etc. Like to know whats wrong with a part before replacement.
I did run one of the tires that went flat by the NTB shop, and they said by looking at the tire that it's camber wear. Needs shocks/struts...
