new engine and timing chain but car won't go over 25 and it wants to shut off. keeps showing diffferent codes everytime. three different mechanics can't find whats wrong.. please help

Check the systems that are showing first and eliminate. Any wiring cut of pinched, have had to redo others who have pinched and/or cut wires in the harnesses. Double check circuits with process of elimination.
