Please help, how do i retrieve codes from the PCM?.

you can have the codes pulled for free at autozone and pepboys. it will not identify any bad parts just a failed system. 1489,1490 are cooling fan control codes. this should cause a no start. what is the exact condition you are having?? Roy

Customer Concern: MIL and codes P1489, P1490, and P0645 stored. Tests/Procedures: Only has voltage on one terminal at the radiator fan high relay. Has voltage on fuse 21 in the junction block. Checking for voltage on the Light Green/Black wire at the C7 connector on rear side of junction block. Potential Causes: Wire — The wire is open between fuse 21 and the Power Distribution Center (PDC). Diagnostic Codes: P0645, P1489, P1490
