What is your question?
There is raw fuel leaking from the EGR Valve but only when the car is running? Is this an issue with the EGR Valve or something else?
What makes this problem better or worse?
Only happens when engine is running.
How long has your 1998 Chrysler Concorde had this problem?
Few days.

The Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) is not connected to the fuel system in any manner. You must be observing a leaking fuel pressure regulator - it ‘kinda’ resembles an EGR valve - somewhat I guess. In any event - this presents a fire hazard and requires immediate attention from qualified.. Furthermore - it is highly recommended to have vehicle towed to repair facility or repaired where it sits before starting the engine..
IF vehicle is equipped with the 3.2L engine - you are seeing gas leaking out of the fuel pressure regulator - located at front of intake plenum.. It is always a good idea to include the engine size when inquiring about automobile repair! Good luck!
