Major problem! You have likely given your PCM a death sentence. Putting a test light on the PCM or any other Computer Module's circuit will kill the electronics in the modules due to excessive current draw. Always use a low impedance Volt / ohm DIGITAL multimeter for circuit testing.

check your timing belt , and marks make sure they are inline usually when the crank sensor go's and you continue to try and start vehical it will jump time.
