sounds like a vac leak on bank 1 did you have a smoke test done lately.that may show you a small leak poss under dash or poss mass air flow sensor. did you do the work or a shop?

Perhaps its time to have a good technician do the diagnostics and fix the problem. Not anything I could tell you other than guessing at parts to replace and that has not worked so far.
