I have a 07 Aspen with a 5.7 hemi that keep giving me a multiple random cylinder

I have changed plugs ,crank sensor swapped out the coil packs and even put a new battery in because of a low voltage code. The alternator is good . But still no spark on cylinder 3 and 5 and it won't rev over 2000 rpm also smokes like realbad . I bought it and the previous owner said it went through water and started messing up. Also the plugs from cylinder 1 had the bottoms smashed when I pulled them out. Please need help with this . Can't afford a mechanic. I need this car to keep my job. So any help would be greatly appreciated thanks
