Your Mirrors have sensors which indicate to the Mirror, Heated Seat Memory Module (MHSMM) that indicates where the actual location of the mirror is. If a memory position is set, the values of the potentiometers at that location are stored in memory. In your case either you have a defective mirror assembly of a defective Module. I recommend a visit to your local Chrysler dealership.
