Shifting issues

What is your question?

I pulled the valve body and changed the transmission shift solenoid pack. Everything is back together but before I added the fluid I checked to make sure the shifter was working properly and it is hard just to get in and out of park. Would this be due to dry and no fluid in there possibly? Thanks

How long has your 2003 Chrysler 300M had this problem?
