What is your question?
When trying to turn over engine, car will make one click sound then nothing. If I turn key to on position wait about 10 or 15 seconds it will turn over and run. Sometime after driven it will turn over and start right up. Other times it requires the method above.
What makes this problem better or worse?
It doesn't seem to matter what condition of weather.
How long has your 2000 Chrysler 300M had this problem?

*Hands-on* testing will be required - the starter circuit can be checked for proper voltage to and from starter relay down to starter motor. It is best to check in reverse order - begin testing at starter.. IF proper battery voltage is present on start circuit wire - starter motor is suspect .. You will need a helper - possibly an auto repair savvy individual. Good luck.
Unfortunately the failure must be present at time of testing - - otherwise just start the expensive process of installing parts until the problem gets fixed. NOBODY can determine what is causing this concern without the required *hands-on* testing.
