Engine will not start ... At what point did you notice the balancer wobbling?

The crankshaft balancer is TWO pieces - center hub - a pressed on outer ring with composite material in between the two - not unusual for the outer ring to become canted.. Harmonic balancer replacement is required.. That’s the typical scenario anyway.. (( Battery should be re-charged using a battery charger.)) Good luck!
