NAW,i doubt it's a fuse causing this. ..if the fuse was blown,then they wouldn't work at all! did you find out what the problem was? one would think it's a bad multifunction/turn signal switch! they are very proud of these(dollar wise)! price for an aftermarket switch, depending on options>Notes: Black, Without power tilt/telescope. Without heated steering wheel,cost is $394.99 plus tax. if it's like this one>Notes: Brown,Without power tilt/telescope. With heated steering wheel,cost is $547.99 plus tax! WHAT WAS THE PROBLEM ON YOURS,WAS IT THIS SWITCH?
It's unlikely a blown fuse but if it has a bad contact or not perfect In place there could be all kind of possibilities or consequences. It's sure is the easiest to start with. If the fuse is ok go for wiper motor switch and controls. Again I highly recommend a mechanic or auto electrician take a look.
