I try to warm my car up before work...but My cars interior won't heat up. Until after I'm driving for about 3miles other than that the air is cold What could be the reason for this?
What makes this problem better or worse?

Hello, it sounds like it's taking a decent amount of time for the engine to reach operating temperature. This could be due to an engine thermostat that is sticking a bit, extending the duration of the warm up process. However, this is a guess, and hands on testing should be performed to measure engine coolant temperature from the start of start up and continuing during engine warm up. Alternatively, the inside of the vehicle temperature blend controls in your climate control system could be malfunctioning.
