Filled my oil yesterday ran out today has leak first time this happened .

oil drain plug gone/missing

The simplest possibility would be that the oil filter is loose. Not knowing what engine the vehicle has in it (there are 4 different sizes), another possibility would be that the oil filter adapter gasket has failed.
