I have a 2016 chrysler 200 limited push start but it's not cranking or starting

The door will ding dash board lights come on. I tried to get a jump off but it still didn't start. Keep saying key fob is not detected

Your key fob either has a dead battery -- try another fob? Or, you could have a programming issue. I'd bet dead battery.

Use the key fob to push the start button instead of your finger - that will allow the security system to recognize the chip inside the fob - - REGARDLESS of key fob battery condition!

This fail safe is pretty much universal - - the operator shouldn’t be stranded simply because the key fob battery has gotten weak or suddenly died. Good luck!
