Can the throttle body stop the car from working completely?

What is your question?

At first all service engine lights would come on and off. As i accelerated the car would seem to shut off for about 2 seconds and come back on.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Its worse when the engine is cold

A dead battery can “stop the car from working completely” but not the throttle body.
