What are the maximum miles you can put on the engine?

depends on previous owners,if serviced when needed,oil change,filters,transmission serviced,a/c,radiator,flushed,its a hit and miss thing.i bought a 2000 f150 with 240000 miles on it,cause everyone else was scared of the miles.it now has 303500 miles.i have a friend that had a 1998 3/4 ton chevy van with a 350 engine,and he put over 1,250,000,and the guy that bought it from him now has over 1,500,000.but those are all road miles.he delivers all over the US he put so many miles on it,that he had the oil changed every week.its up to you,just like it was me,its used.hope some others chime in.good luck
