What is your question?
My vehicle was in an accident in January resulting in the driver side headlights being smashed. Not replaced or repaired. Since that time the battery occasionally died so I replaced the battery in July. The day after the replacement the car will no longer turn on. No sounds or vibrations of any kind when I turn the key. I do not have much $ to replace everything in the electrical and do not want to pay someone for a guess as to what is wrong. Does anyone know what it might be and where I can go to get a free diagnosis and estimate?

First thing is to make sure that battery is good and has a full charge and any auto parts store can load test the battery for you, Then make sure the battery cables are free of corrosion and tight. You said it was running until you changed the battery so it has to be one of those items
The connectors to the battery were cleaned but I don't know how to check the connectors for tightness. Will I get shocked? haha.
