Replaced tensoner arm assembly 3 months back. Installed new belt today and almost instantly walked off. Returned to store and verified belt is correct size. New tensoner arm looks a little askew to myself, and hoping that is my culprit. Replacing it tomorrow with my fingers crossed. Could it be my crank pulley?

87.5 inches, 6 rib belt.why replacing belt now,was it not changed when the new tensioner assembly installed 3 months ago?
The belt still looked in good shape, and still looks pretty good today, no visible cracks or fraying edges. Also, money is not abundant for me. Returned the tensioner also today and got a new one, but it looks pretty clear the crank/harmonic balancer is causing the issues. It is out atleast 1/4 inch if not 3/8 inch further than it's peers.
