My break lights dont work. All the other lights work even the hatch bar.

Does the van have trailer wiring? Even if you dont see it, it could be tucked behind something. If it does, look over all of those connections carefully - problems like that are often related to trailer wiring.

I have a 2000 Venture and my brake lights went out, or so you can say. They went nuts. Worked like Christmas lights sometimes, like a turn signal others, and not at all even other times. Turned out to be a really easy fix in buying a new printed card for driver side brake fixture. Cost was in $50 park, but only took like 10 minutes to install and they have worked perfect since. Check each side by pulling lens off and look to see if either "circuit board" looks burnt or warped.
