cant get the traction control light to go off

I went to a dealer to look at uplanders and one of them had traction control service required reading across the readout in the dash. Apron inspection, I noticed a connector unconnected on the front left wheel. My wife turned the wheels to the right and I reconnected the connector and the problem went away. I can see a lot of you posting this problem. I would buy som bulb grease at an autoparts store and full all these connectors to make them somewhat water proof

ABS light on too?
