ABS Issue?

What is your question?

Brake pedal pulsates when applied at low speed. My mechanic says I need a wheel alignment because the steering angle is not at 0 degrees and that will cause the ABS to activate. I say it is the wheel speed sensor. Pulled ABS fuse and it stopped. Opinions please. This has been going on since the end of September 2019.

What makes this problem better or worse?
