*Rear under seat fuse block* > fuse 38 is left turn signal fuse .. Fuse 43 is right turn signal fuse. Turn key on - using a test light *TEST* every fuse you can find on the vehicle !!! You'll also need to turn on whatever accessory you are testing to be sure power is actually going through the fuse .. I fixed a BUNCH of em like this.. Good luck!
rear brake lights are the only thing not working,3rd light works ,bulbs good
See post above.
Since the *signal lights* are working - bulbs and wiring are ok - brake and signal lights share the same circuitry .. That leaves a failed brake light switch under drivers side dash OR a blown fuse - that you haven't found! Good luck!
the brake switch would not be bad since both 3rd light and brakes l,r share the same feed wire but fused seperately.will recheck all fuses again but hopeful I did indeed miss a blown fuse.
3rd brake light is on a different circuit!
*TEST* the brake light switch..
Also *RE-TEST* fuses. (I wish we could edit on this site)
true, but white wire from brake switch feeds both 3rd and rear left and right
Ok .. however that’s not the norm. Good luck!
IF that be the case - brakes lights would be working as well.
We already know the wiring and bulbs are ok - that only leaves no power going to the brake lights .... Also make SURE the hazard switch is functioning as it should .. IF it malfunctions - no brake lights.
*TEST* all fuses - in ALL fuse blocks!
Tested every fuse front and rear all good. don,t understand the compexity of such a simple system?
What is not working exactly?
Parking lights? ... IF so - tag lights working?
