We replaced the blower motor, but heat only blowers on high level and only on 2 passenger vents. Nothing on drivers side. Back vents work fine

Heat/air vents do not blow unless all the way on high. Replaced blower motor, now have heat at least on passenger side, but still on high only. Drivers side nothing
