What is your question?
I hooked up a reader to my 02 trailblazer. It drove only 25 mph with Reduce Engine Power light on. Codes: P1512, P1120, P1220. It says throttle position sensor circuit 1 and 2. I changed the throttle position sensor and it still doesn’t go over 25mph. Disconnected the battery before I changed it.
How long has your 2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer had this problem?
A few weeks

It says tps circuit 1 & 2 - that’s just where the problem was detected by the SENSOR - doesn’t necessarily mean the sensor is defective. https://www.engine-codes.com/ Research all codes further using the link above. Good luck!
Okay so we took out the ETC fuse and replaced it. We turned the key to the On position, did not start it and the ETC fuse kept blowing. What do we do next? Do we have to figure out which wire is blown? Do we have the take the key ignition apart to look at the wires?
No - inspect wiring at throttle body and the wiring connector. That is likely where this all began anyway - now there is a short circuit .. Just have to search for it. Concentrate on the area you where have been working..
