Reduce engine power

What is your question?

My reduced engine power light came on now my truck is riding funny won't go over 20 mph I cleaned my throttle body and put it back on and it's doing the same thing there was no change after the little work I have done someone else told me it could be my gas pedal wire that's not working right I'm not sure if it's true but I need a little help can anyone help me out with any answers

What makes this problem better or worse?

Nothing is making it better and didn’t do anything else to make it worse
