Have 2003 tracker when the engine warms up and you let it idle the pcm shuts completely down. No spark. Let it set about 10 minutes and it starts right back up and runs great until it warms up again.

Don’t understand how you confirmed the Power Control Module is causing this problem.. The PCM is least likely suspect !
Hi. In not a mechanic, but do have the same car.... and HAD the same problem. It's your cam sensor. I know it sounds weird, and it took some convincing to get the dealer to hear me out. What happens is the sensor gets hot and malfunctions. It's job is to shut down the car so you don't do something like throws rods into each other. But heat triggers it to shut down the car. To prove it to ther dealer's mechanic, with the car idling, we put a heat gun to the cam sensor. And down she went. And it wouldn't restart until we cooled it off. Like i said, sounds weird because what do the cams have to do with it? Nothing. But the sensor gets hot and thinks so. Replace the sensor. No more car dying.
