What is your question?
If we use the A/C, we have a puddle of water in the passenger floor. It gets up to an inch deep if used for a long while. The drain is cleaned out. So it's not backing up. Does anyone know what may be causing this? HELP

I had this same problem with my Tracker. I repaired it with plumbers putty, never wet the carpet again. Look under the hood on the passenger side below the battery. you should see the end of a short rubber hose sticking out of the wall. This is where the A/C condensation drains out. The problem is that the opening through the wall is too large & the hose too short, water drips along the underside of this hose back into the passenger compartment. Use plumbers putty to completely seal around the opening in the wall and around the hose. Be careful not to block the hose. This should fix the problem.
Is ANY water dripping from drain hose when A/C is on? IF not , then maybe drain hose not hooked up properly. Compressed air blown back through it from under truck?
It could be something on the motor side by the firewall is not sealed right I would take a tube of silicone and go around the hoses, wires and anything else in that area and seal them so water can get around them.
VERY LITTLE water drips when on or off. That's what we couldn't understand as to how it isn't draining outside. The drain in right against the fire wall of the truck also. So we just figured 'somehow' the water is not draining out, it coming in from that??? It is so bad now that UNDER the passenger seat into the back seat floor is sopping wet as well.
Go back to my original answer and answer that please.Compressed air blown back through?.........
