Kinda difficult to “check the fans and water pump”... ! True - the fans can be observed for to see if ‘operational’ - however I don’t know of a way to confirm the water pump is working properly without partial disassembly.. Inevitably this will require *hands-on* testing to discover the actual failure. Good luck!
