You will need to start with a scan of the abs module. Most generic scanners wont do this so you may need to bring it to a shop. Here is a link to help find a shop near you.

IF (and when) warming temperatures doesn't fix it .... Agree - Professional scan test will be required.
I suppose it's possible ice may be interfering with a wheel speed sensor signal.. (?)
