All I hear after the key is turned in the off position and taking out Is i hear tapping coming from both front doors . Battery is fully charged

Hello, I don't think this is to do with programming the key. It sounds like some kind of body electrical concern, or perhaps that the engine's battery is not capable of handling a needed charge. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
