What is your question?
I have a 2006 Tahoe 5.3L, shows a low oil pressure warning. When Idle the warning bell will start ringing and it marks about 5psi the most. When driving at 1000 rpm the psi is at 12-15, and 20 at 2000 rpm. Never goes above 25 psi. I have done all but changing cam bearings. No noises in the engine, no oil burn, no smoke. The car runs and drives great but has this problem. I'm about to start a 4000 mile road trip with my family and I wonder if this would be a bad idea. The car has on it 182k miles. New oil, new oil pump, new filters, seals, etc. I bought the car just for this trip as I needed space. Now unsure to use it. What would you do?

I assume the oil pressure switch (sending unit) has been replaced using OEM part ?
Has actual oil pressure been tested using a manual TEST gauge ?
It will be very difficult to help without more details. Good luck!
