oil pressure

What is your question?

in the morining when i start the tahoe some times oil pressure comes up & some time it doesn't. when it don't the gauge stays at zero engine sounds loud. I turn off and retry two or three times then the engine quite down and gauge moves up. note no leaks from car. oil change every 5months full synthenic, new oil sending unit. notice 6 months ago. does it once every 3 weeks now moved to 3 times a week
