Radio'sCDPlayer isn't working KNOWN ISSUE HOW DO I FIX/REPLACE ?

I'm sure I added all the details . Other than when the CD Player, Passenger Radio, Both Outlets front dashboard & Passenger Console, Cigarette Lighter ALL JUST STOPPED WORKING (not at the same time with the exception of both outlets Now the 3rd Outlet in the far back passenger side This outlet works ?
