Uses 4 qts.oil in 1200 miles. Now there's an oil film on rear windows and doors. Chevrolet dealer said no transmission leak. I've scheduled rear main and oil pan leaks for repair.

Any oily fluids leaking from engine bay / running gear will definitely collect on rear of vehicle.

Air turbulence while traveling causes the fluid to cover most of the rear of vehicle So answer to your question is yes.
