Does a Tahoe with their flex fuel have to have the flex fuel pump

Procure the correct replacement pump module - it is way too much trouble to take a chance. The pump module part numbers are ‘different’ between the two. Only someone whom has actually performed the interchange previously will know.. It is not likely you’ll find that information. Good luck!
