GM installed alarm

What is your question?

1998 tahoe has a GM module ,sensor and killswitch under dash. I installed a new battery and the alarm keeps going off every time i connect the battery and it will not start.then i push the kill switch the alarm goes off and the car starts.when i stop the car the alarm will not come on ,you can open the car and it starts fine.If you lock the car doors and unlock and open the alarm goes off,hit the kill switch and it starts
