my truck sometimes idles low and starts blowing black smoke and almost stalls out i noticed it could be a vacume problem kuz it starts hissing and taking in alota air also the oil pressure flutters wen i press on the gas it raises then it drops wen i let off its a 350tbi im tryna figure out why it starts bogging what could be some ideas of why it acts up
