How to remove the ignition tumbler

Disconnect battery negative cable .. Lock cylinder has to be turned to the START position before pin will release while pushing pin down with proper tool... I use a straight o-ring pick but other such tools will certainly work... Small Allen Wrench, drill bit etc.. Now if the lock cylinder and key won't turn, there IS another trick for that!
