What is your question?
The cables were loose but then I had them tightened. The problem went away then came back. I just to jump start it every time. Had a mechanic check the battery and starter were both fine. What could be the problem?

You may have a current draw. This is when a control unit or any electrical component is staying awake or staying on and draining the battery. You will need to perform a parasitic draw test to determine the issue. If you prefer to take it to a shop, then use this link to find a good shop near you. https://repairpal.com/repair-shops Alex
Many times a severely discharged battery will not fully recover.. Battery load test as well as specific gravity testing using a hydrometer is the only accurate means of testing a battery - battery voltage testing is virtually meaningless.
