The problems you are describing would be associated with a loss of communication on the high speed data bus(CAN). What are some of the details about how and when the symptoms occur? How long do you have to drive the truck in both time and miles? Is that consistent with the majority of the occurrences? When it happens, does cycling the key make the problem go away again, or do you have to turn the truck off for some period of time? How likely is the symptom to occur on any given day? Does it happen one or more times a day? A week? Or month? Does the weather seem to have any influence on the symptoms occurrance?
Lemon Law! Google it for NY.
I would use the lemon law but I have 24000 miles only covers up to 18000 miles It figures Thanks for the response.
Symptoms are sporadic sometimes after plowing or while plowing, even without plow on truck. It can go for days,or when I back up,usually service trailer brake or service traction control will flash on. After I finished plowing I was headed to work about a half mile gauges started going off and on. Also service engine and others came on.Transmission stopped working. I turned ignition off and on 4 times before it worked, second time this has happened. I am not sure it is weather related.
