wet carpet when AC is on, whats wrong, and how is it fixed ?

a lot of water drips out on to carpet where tube goes through firewall, carpet gets soaked...This happens each time you use the AC. How is this fixed and what is causing this problem.
can't find the recall you are talking about on this truck, we are not in our home state, can you direct me to how and where to find this recall ? thank-you
poss a/c drain is plugged,ck under cars heater box at firewall p/s of eng and gently put a coat hanger in black tube to remove debris,or use air pressure
I have a mechanic that just left the GM dealership telling me they have had several of these show up and the dealer corrected the problems. It might not be advertised. Take it to the dealer or call and explain your situation.
