What is your question?
Vehicle stalled and after sitting it cranked and ran good enough to get it back home. Later replaced distributor cap, rotor button and cam sensor and it started and seemed to run fine. Two days later had same issue. Ran bad - then quit - let it sit and ran good enough to get home. Now it will not start. Replaced Crank sensor but no success. Engine will not fire. Would MAF sensor keep it from firing? Fuel pump is good - wires, relays, and fuses are good

I don't know your skill level but you should make a copy of this troubleshooting flow chart for a 'no spark' condition: â–ªï¸http://easyautodiagnostics.com/gm/4.3L-5.0L-5.7L/ignitionâ–ªï¸
what happens when you spray starting fluid in the throttle, and then try and start it? is it cranking over and not starting? theft/security light staying lit up when it wont start?
It will turn over but not fire up. Havent noticed security lights on when trying to start. I had a mechanic friend help me with it and he said its not getting a "pulse" and the coil. Can smell fuel when trying to start. Fuel pump turns on and we've tested all fuses, relays, etc.. Would MAF sensor (if bad) tell it not to fire?
lots of could be's here! i would be guessing if i said yes to MAF sensor being the problem.there are LOTS of Intermittent starting problems on your year truck.some say ignition switch, starter, fuel pump driver module above spare tire(which these are a problem to rust and short out circuit board inside).Intermittent starting problems are very hard to find sometimes. i did see a guy buy $600.00 worth of parts day before yesterday.before he started installing any of them, his friend said he tapped on the MAF sensor and it started first time,so then he cleaned it and been starting every time since? that could have been a coincidence?
I guess instead of throwing parts at it I should take it to a mechanic with full diagnostic equipment to try and resolve.. Thanks for your help!
ok,good luck with it. one thing you could check,is the FPDM above the spare tire.that may not be the problem, but they are bad to rust out and short where they mount on the frame. wont hurt to look.like i said Intermittent problems are hard to find sometimes.
