Check engine light on, truck running ok? Possible exhaust leak between cylinder head and exhaust manifold.

In a lot of cases the bank 2 convertor goes bad. Remove the o2 sensor between the manifold and the convertor and see if it does better, if so the convertor or muffler is restricted and needs replacing.
