why won't my dome, map, and cargo lights work?

Do you have the defeat switch pushed in.

Fixed one while back and on this one it was a bad connection. Sitting in the drivers seat, feet on floor, there is a junction box at the top of your left foot, not a fuse box and the wire harness connector MAY be loose. That is just one possible soultion, others certainly exist!
